1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SkyDraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. SkyDraft is operated at skydraft.app.

2. Description of the service

SkyDraft is an AI-powered platform that generates weather-related content (posts, headlines, hashtags) for media professionals. The AI outputs are generated by large language models and are provided as drafts to be reviewed before publication.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use SkyDraft. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SkyDraft to:

• Generate false, misleading, or fabricated weather information intended to cause panic or harm.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

SkyDraft uses AI to generate content drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing. SkyDraft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. Always verify weather information with official meteorological sources before broadcasting.

6. Intellectual property

The SkyDraft platform, its design, and underlying technology are owned by SkyDraft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you generateusing the Service belongs to you, subject to the limitations of the AI model provider's terms.

7. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Billing section of your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge for review.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation arising from published AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Account settings page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Organization information and promotional use

During registration or in your account settings, you may optionally provide the name of your organization or employer. By providing this information, you grant SkyDraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your organization's name and, where publicly available, its logo, in promotional sections of the platform (such as a "Trusted by" showcase or a client directory within the dashboard). This display is intended to highlight the professional communities using SkyDraft.

You may opt out of this display at any time by removing your organization name from your account settings or by contacting us at support@skydraft.app. We will not use any trademark or logo without a reasonable belief that it is publicly associated with the organization name provided.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
